The Assistant Coordinator's Office of Environmental Studies and Specialized Services (SEASE) as part of Centro de Investigaciones Biológicas del Noroeste, S.C. (CIBNOR), is formed by a a group of specialists in characterizing and assessing impact and environmental risk since 1988 (Environmental Impact Group).
